Two held over ammunition

■ City law enforcement officers arrested two men in Scottsdene for the illegal possession of ammunition. According to the City of Cape Town, the officers were patrolling Carmen Street when they spotted two men who ran as the officers approached them. The officers caught the men and found more than 100 rounds of ammunition, including 68 rounds for a .38 Special, 50 rounds for a 9mm and seven 12-bore baton rounds, which are usually used by riot police.
