A campaign creating awareness about what do if someone goes missing was held at Brackenfell’s Fairbridge Mall, on Saturday.
More than 200 children were profiled and fingerprinted at the event, which involved Brackenfell police, the community police forum, the Pink Ladies, Fairbridge Mall and Brackenfell Victim Support.
The Pink Ladies provided forms recording all the relevant information about the children who were weighed, measured and fingerprinted.
Parents look after the forms and ideally update them every three to six months, so that if their child goes missing they can give it to the police.
