The men, from Stellenbosch and Wallacedene in Kraaifontein, are in a serious condition in hospital.
According to Captain Erica Crous of Brackenfell police, the men were in a white Toyota Avanza that rolled at about 1.30am on Saturday.
“It is unclear exactly what resulted in the accident.
“The only information available is that the vehicle rolled and then went off the road,” Captain Crous said.
