■ Soneike High School’s Grade 11 pupils became young entrepreneurs and learnt healthy financial habits through a financial education programme run by an insurance and investment company. The pupils were educated on how to run their own businesses, come up with names and logos suiting their business, how to read bank statements, how to plan and follow a budget, how to stay out of debt and were also granted the opportunity to design their own pair of sneakers and then market it to the rest of the school.Pictured is a group of Grade 11 pupils who were in the top five for having a good business.
