Brackenfell police station’s Warrant Officer Riaan Potgieter won the SAPS National Freshwater Bank Angling Championship last month.
The event was held at the Bloemhof Dam in the North West Province. Warrant Officer Potgieter caught the most fish (33 in total) during the championship, with a total weight of 35.840kg.
