Ten men disguised as policemen invaded a Blomtuin home, taking valuables and the homeowner’ vehicle, say police.
The robbers arrived in two cars, a Citi Golf and a Hyundai i20, at the Papawer Street home, on Thursday morning May 26, according to Bellville police spokesman Captain Aubrey Morwenyane.
They ordered the eight men in the house to lie on the floor and bound their hands with cable ties, then took seven cellphones, R43 000 in cash and a Nissan NP200 bakkie, said Captain Morwenyane.
The robbers are still at large.
