Wetlands Trail

Intaka Island will host the fun-filled and colourful Wetlands Trail on Saturday December 2, from 2pm, and on Sunday December 3, from 9am to noon. Entry is R50 a person. This event is for the whole family and entails going for a short walk on the island where friendly, costumed characters hand you little surprises. After the walk, the kids can have their faces painted, enjoy the jumping castle while having something to eat and drink and watching a magic show by Magic Nic. This is an annual event and a fund-raiser for the Tygerberg Hills Lions Club. The proceeds will help the Lions to support those in need. Pictured is Nicole Mostert in costume.
