Spine Road High and West End Primary schools were crowned winners of the respective divisions at the weekend’s Mitchell’ Plain Schools Marching Band and Drilling competition, held at the Goodwood sports complex. The competition included former overall winners, Elsies River, a number of squads from the Eastern Cape and various community cadet teams.
