A 16-year-old teenager was left in a serious condition after he crashed his motorbike off-road yesterday morning.
ER24 paramedics and a Life Health Care emergency unit arrived on the corner of Bottelary and Brackenfell Boulevard at 8.45am to find the boy injured and in need of resuscitation.
He was stabilised at the scene before being transported to Mediclinic Cape Gate where he was admitted for further care.
