Two men have been arrested for drug possession in two separate incidents in Parow over the weekend.
On Friday November 9, the City of Cape Town’s social housing unit officers arrested a man at Nelson Street, Parow, after he was found carrying mandrax tablets and dagga.
The suspect was taken to the Parow police station where he was charged for being in possession of drugs.
In another incident, a 27-year-old man was caught with mandrax in Parow Park.
He was also arrested by members of the social housing unit.
Both suspects are due to appear in court.Â
