Durbanville police have arrested a 41-year-old man accused of killing his wife in Fisantekraal.
According to Durbanville police spokesman Captain Marchell Rhode, the man was arrested on Tuesday September 8 after his wife’s family reported her missing.
Officers found the woman had been killed and buried in an open field in Lucullus Street, Greenville.
“The victim’s family reported her missing a few days prior to the discovery and police were able to identify the body with the information given. Police then arrested the husband after it was discovered that the victim went missing following a domestic dispute,” he said.
