Sonnekuil in Kuils River can expect water supply disruptions from 9am to 5pm on Wednesday September 18 when asbestos cement water pipes in the area are replaced with ones made from high density polyethylene, says the City.
Poort, Wessel Lourens, Botterblom, Drostdy, Bainford and Leerdam streets; Pioneer Road; Lanzerac Close and Joli Drive will be affected.
The water supply will be shut off during this period to enable the work to be done safely, the City said, advising residents to store enough water in advance and keep the taps closed to avoid any damage.
