Picture perfect

* Christopher Denovan’s painting, Portrait of Janelle, is one of several oil on plexiglass works that will be exhibited during his solo show Breaking the Mould at the Rust-en-Vrede Gallery, in Durbanville, in August. Mr Denovan is a fine artist who specialises in portrait painting. “I enjoy capturing the human form. Through my technique and style I attempt to explore and accentuate the persona and individuality of each subject. My style marries realism with abstraction,” he said.
