North Pine mosque holds first ritual prayer since Covid-19

Masjid al-Qubaa’, on the corner of Ponderosa Way and Sylvaner Road, North Pine, will be having a first dhikr (Islamic prayer) by the ’Ibaad-u-Ragmaan Qadiri Jamaa’ah on Saturday October 14, from Asr (4.09pm) until Maghrib (7.01pm). A representative of the mosque, Ganief Davids, said the dhikr is usually held once a year at this mosque and this will be the first one since the start of Covid-19 in 2020.
