The Western Cape Funding Fair, hosted by Deloitte in partnership with the Western Cape Department of Economic Development and Tourism, will be held at the Cape Town International Convention Centre (CTICC) on Wednesday May 25, from 8am to 5pm.
The entrepreneur-focused speaker sessions, will feature Michael Herrington, the executive director of the Global Entrepreneurship Monitor (GEM), which is part of the Global Entrepreneurship Research Association (GERA); Lebo Gunguluza, an entrepreneur and investor on South Africa’s Dragon’s Den TV Show; Fred Robertson, executive deputy chairman and co-founder of Brimstone, a black controlled and managed investment company; and radio talk show host Kieno Kammies.
The aim of the Western Cape Funding Fair is to facilitate face-to-face contact between project promoters, entrepreneurs and various funding institutions.
