Scottsdene Fitness Group and Scottsville Fitness Group joined up at Green Point Park on Tuesday July 24, for a day of fun, fitness, games and socialising. Members of the aerobics groups are women aged 45 to 70. Scottsdene Fitness Group meets at the Scottsdene Youth Centre in Kraaifontein on Tuesdays and Thursdays from 9am to 10am. The Scottsville Fitness Group meets at the FF Erasmus Hall in Peerless Park, on Mondays and Wednesdays from 9am to 10am at no cost.
