The officers pulled over a bakkie during a routine stop along Robert Sobukwe Road.
One of the officers noticed that the occupants were nervous. He decided to search the vehicle and they found five bags and a box containing 11 parcels of compressed dagga, weighing 100.6kg.
Metro police spokesperson, Sergeant Ruth Solomons, said: “Two men aged 53 and 41 were arrested. Officers also confiscated four cellphones and a cash amount of R3 741.”
