As a salon owner in Sea Point, I am disgusted at the way that salon treated their client (“Hair-raising ordeal after bad reaction to dye”, Off My Trolley, April 7).
This really makes us look very bad in the eyes of future and present clients.
I hope the client sues. We would have made sure everything was done to help the client financially and emotionally to overcome the trauma. It is not impossible for someone to be allergic to a product even if a patch test was done.
