* Brackenfell SAPS presented an awareness programme to 180 pre-primaryschool children at Brackenfell Primary School yesterday, Tuesday March 15. The focus was on human rights with the topic being “We all have the right to feel safe at all times”. The programme was presented by Warrant Officer Erica Crous and Hester Bussio, of Brackenfell police station. “We concentrated on different emotions one can experience and whether those emotions make you feel safe or unsafe. Furthermore there was a discussion on who you can tell when you feel unsafe. “Individuality and uniqueness of each person was emphasised and that different people can experience different emotions and feelings in the same situation,” Warrant Officer Crous said.
