City officials will help the public with queries and service requests at the Sarepta community hall in Rietvlei Street on Wednesday, from 9.30am to 1.30pm.
The City’s Customer Relations Department’s mobile team will assist residents with logging queries and service requests electronically. Customers can engage with the City in a wide range of non-emergency enquiries such as rates, sewerage, electricity, water, refuse collections, and all other account enquiries.
“These mobile office visits ensure that residents do not spend time and money on transport,” said Theresa Uys, the City’s mayoral committee member for corporate services.
“We bring the services to you and I encourage residents to take advantage of this opportunity; engage with our staff and ensure that your municipal matters are up to date.
“The City’s mobile office team has been very effective in resolving long outstanding queries for residents. Do remember to bring along your ID or municipal accounts to help ease the process,’” Ms Uys said.
