Bernadino Heights pupil named JCC speaker

Bernadino Heights High School pupil, Jule Booysen, has been elected speaker of the Junior City Council (JCC). Her job will be to chair the JCC and make sure proceedings take place in an orderly manner. According to the City of Cape Town, Jule loves the outdoors and practices karate. She belongs to the debating society and believes that everyone has the right to express their opinion. She is also a member of her school’s learners’ council.
