Russian pianist Olga Kern will give one concert for the Cape Town Concert Series in collaboration with the SA College of Music on Monday March 18 at the Baxter Concert Hall, at 7.30pm. She will play a programme of Schumanns Carnaval, Three Preludes by Gershwin, an Earl Wild transcription of Gershwins Fascinating Rhythm, three pieces by Rachmaninov op.16#4, op.10#3, op.3#4, Scriabins two etudes op.42 #4 & 5 and Islamey by Balakirev. Tickets cost from R250 to R350 through Webtickets or at the door.
